Unruly Employee Still Detected in Transportation Sub-dept

Head of Jakarta Transportation Dept, Andri Yansyah acknowledged that there are still found unruly civil servants who have problems in terms of attendance list and morning ceremony obligation. 

They must be sanctioned, especially PKWT

He disclosed the same case was also found among non-permanent employee (PTT) and temporary worker (PKWT).

"They must be sanctioned, especially PKWT. They have been salaried by Rp 5.2 million for S1, Rp 5 million for D3 and Rp 4.6 million for SMA," he stated, when he did sudden inspection at the office of South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept, Thursday (6/9).

Unruly RT/RW Heads must Be Fired

He furthered the sanction is physical punishment such as push up, sit up and scotch jump or job losses. He also instructed, Transportation Sub-dept heads to know the number of their personnel. Thus unruly employee can be detected and given sanction

"If you do not know, how can we assess their performance," he stated.
